Do you offer foreign films?

Yes! We offer films from Europe, Asia, and other places around the world.

Can I see the type of content you offer before subscribing?

Absolutely, on our website when you click "Watch," it will take you to a dropdown menu to see all of our titles or select a particular genre. You can also click on any of the trailers before giving us your email address!

What are your service fees?

We're giving people choices! Commitment is hard, so we want to make it easy for you. We have different options:

Video on Demand (Rental)—From $0.99 to $2.99 per single play: Access to the entire library; Watch trailers; View film for 72 hours or more; Never get interrupted with commercials during shows; One device per account.

Video on Demand (Purchare)—From $1.99 to $7.99 download and own a personal copy of the film or films (for bundles) forever.

Do you have TV apps?

Not at present but we will soon have Roku, Amazon Fire, Apple TV & Google Play & iOS with extension for Chromecast & Airplay exclusively for our paid monthly and annual subscribers.

My browser stalls or just "spins" when trying to subscribe through PayPal

Make sure your browser allows pop ups. If pop ups are blocked, the PayPal window won't open. Also, we work best with Chrome.

How do I access and change my account?

Once logged in, click the little icon on the top right of the website to access your account. From there you can see your watch history, favorites, invoices, as well as change/update your payment information and subscription type. >>Click here to go directly to your account (you must be signed in).

How do I change my password?

Once logged in on the website, click Dashboard at the top to access your account. Click "Password".

How do I change my membership type from monthly to annual (or vice versa)?

Log into your account. Click "Billing" and then click "Change Plan". You will see an option to change your subscription plan.

How do I update my payment information?

Once logged in on the website, click Dashboard at the top to access your account. Click "Billing" and then click "Use Another Card" to change your payment information.

I'm experiencing buffering or the videos cut off after minutes of buffering

While very minor buffering will happen occasionally, you should not be experiencing extreme buffering. To have an optimal streaming experience, we suggest that you should have 20 Mbps or higher to watch our HD content. You can check your internet speed here: https://fast.com/en/.

To minimize buffering here are some tips (on any device):

---Stop all other download activities connected to your wifi such as gaming, running multiple applications on your computer, phone or tablet, streaming other content simultaneously; and close any other windows on your computer

---Pause the video for about 5 minutes to create a larger buffer

---Install the latest video drivers for your computer (if you are on one)

---Move your router to a new location that is closest to the device in which you are watching iWatchMore to improve signal strength

---Reboot your device (computer, tablet, smartphone, TV, Roku, Apple TV, etc.)

---Restart your home network. 1) Turn off your computer/TV/Roku device/smartphone, etc (whatever you are using to watch iWatchMore), 2) Unplug your modem (and router if they are separate devices) for about 20-30 seconds, 3) Plug your modem (and router if applicable) back, 4) Wait until all of the lights on your modem return to green, 5) Turn your computer/TV/Roku device/smartphone, etc., back on, 6) Log back into iWatchMore.

But when I'm on Netflix I don't experience the same type of buffering.

We are using similar servers as Netflix. However, Netflix pays large internet companies more money so their customers can have faster speed. See articles herehere & here. While this is something that we strive to offer customers in the future, iWatchMore is a new company. Netflix is a billion dollar company that has been around since 1998. As we grow, we hope to be able to improve customer experience.

How do I unsubscribe?

We hate to see you go! To unsubscribe, log into your account. Click "Billing" and then click "Change Plan". You will see "Cancel Subscription" link in gray.
